My process

Empathize: Gather facts and get to know what users do, say, think, and feel. It’s about learning as much as possible about product space, user, and business goals.

Make sense of all the possibilities from the Discovery phase. Combine the gathered facts, analyze users’ needs and begin to highlight opportunities for innovation. What matters most? What should we do first? What is feasible?

Transform ideas into a physical form to allow experience and interaction with them. In the process, learn and develop more empathy. Develop solutions or concepts, and prototype them.
Test & Iterate: Observe and gather feedback to refine prototypes, learn more about the user, and innovate the original ideas. This trial-and-error process helps designers improve and refine their ideas.

Delivery stage, where the resulting project is finalized, produced and launched. Ensure that the solution is put into action and affects the lives of the end-users
