Project Overview
Dix & Eaton needed help to improve the user experience for their client Sotera Health. Sotera was looking to redesign its Nelson Labs websites to create a better experience for their domestic and foreign customers.
The problem
As the lead UX consultant, I had to bring the Dix & Eaton and Sortera Health teams together to move this project forward to meet the extremely short deadline. With many cooks in the kitchen with vastly different points of view, I had to focus the team on the user.
Process Overview:
I worked closely with internal stakeholders to align the business goals with the user goals with the qualitative data from Google Analytics. Focusing on understanding the user’s mental models and how they currently process and submit tests in the real world.
